Chichester lies on the main A27 coastal trunk road connecting Southampton (34m) and Portsmouth (19m) to the west with Brighton (30m) and Eastbourne (53m) to the east. The A3 heading north towards London is also within easy reach. There are regular busses from Lavant to Chichester which pass the development, and daily coach services from the city along the South Coast and into London.

Trains from Chichester Station, just two miles from the development, reach Portsmouth in 25minutes and Southampton and Brighton in around 50minutes. There are also direct trains to London Victoria in around an hour and a half. Trains from Chichester also connect to Gatwick Airport, making it easy to get away without expensive airport parking.

Help to Sell is a great way to make moving home simpler. It enables you to buy a brand new Redrow home, while we take care of selling your current property for you; even helping out with a contribution towards your estate agent's fees. With Help to Sell, we'll arrange the valuations, appoint an estate agent to conduct your home's marketing activity and take the paperwork off your hands too.

The 'Help to Buy: Equity Loan' is available to first-time buyers as well as existing homeowners and works in the following way:
