  • You would need to have at least a £15,000 deposit to secure your home (5%)
  • We could provide an additional £15,000 towards your deposit (5%)
  • This would give you a total deposit of £30,000
  • You would then need an 90% mortgage for the remaining £270,000

  • This superb moving scheme is where we will give you an additional 5% on top of your 5% deposit, giving you a total of 10%. For you, it means borrowing less from a lender and enjoying more competitive mortgage rates.
  • An example of how the scheme works, based on a home priced at £300,000:
    • You need a deposit of £15,000 (5%)
    • We could boost this by another £15,000 (5%)
    • Your total deposit is now £30,000
    • You now need a 90% mortgage
  • The scheme is available to all homebuyers, except buy-to-let property purchasers.
  • This scheme is perfect if you need a little extra help to buy the Redrow home you really want, whether it’s your very first purchase or you’re moving on. Even better, having a 10% deposit gives you access to a wider range of mortgage products, and better rates.
