How does Key Worker Deposit Contribution work and who is eligible?
For every £20,000 spent on a new Redrow home, we’ll contribute £1,000 towards your deposit* This exclusive scheme applies to those who currently work for the following services:

Eligibility depends on whether you meet the Key Worker criteria outlined in our terms and conditions, and this offer may only be available at specific times to certain categories of key workers. Speak to a Sales Expert at your chosen Redrow development to check if the scheme is available on the home you’d like to purchase. -
No, there is no household income limit for the Key Worker Deposit Contribution scheme. You can take advantage of this scheme as long as you meet the eligibility requirements and your lender's mortgage eligibility criteria (if applicable).

For every £20,000 you spend on a new Redrow home, we can contribute £1,000 towards your deposit, up to a maximum of £25,000 (or £40,000 in London)**. The exact contribution will be confirmed before you reserve your property.

This scheme applies to new Redrow residential properties purchased with cash or a mortgage. However, it is not available on buy to let properties. We make this offer available across our Redrow divisions from time to time.
