Heading west, the A63 connects with the end of the M62, opening up the whole of the North of England. Hull is 7miles and Goole and Scunthorpe are around 20miles. Further afield, York, Doncaster and Leeds are all within commutable distance at around 40 miles. Leeds Bradford is the nearest airport which is a little over an hour’s drive away.

Ferriby Station is a mile and a half away, offering regular services into Hull, taking around 15 minutes, with services to Doncaster in 55minutes, York in a little over an hour, and London, via Doncaster, taking around 3hours. Whilst Brough Station is closer still, offering good links to Leeds every thirty minutes.

With Help to Sell, we'll arrange the valuations, appoint an estate agent to conduct your home's marketing activity and take the paperwork off your hands too.

Unlike Part Exchange, Help to Sell covers any home, whether it's a flat, maisonette or ex-council house, whatever the value relative to the price of your new Redrow home. So whether you want to move up, downsize or even step sideways, Help to Sell could be the best move you could make.
