Please contact us immediately if you experience any of the following:

  • Complete failure of the heating systems and/or hot water system.
  • A water leak or flooding that cannot be contained.
  • A total failure of the electrical system has occurred. Please check if a home appliance issue triggered your trip switch first.
  • Flooding caused by blocked drains that threatens to enter the home
  • Security - a fault to a window or external door on the ground floor, causing a loss of security
  • A problem that threatens the health and safety of customers or visitors to the property or development.

If you suspect a gas leak, call the Emergency Gas Service

If you suspect a gas leak or smell carbon monoxide from a gas appliance, act immediately. Call the free gas Emergency Service line at 0800 111 999. This service is available 24 hours a day. For more information, visit National Grid.
