My Redrow is the exclusive members’ area of redrow.co.uk. If you sign up at the very start of your home search, you can save all of your preferred developments and properties in your favourites’ list and book appointments to view.
You can even reserve your new home online via My Redrow, and, once you’ve secured your dream property, My Redrow becomes the place to guide you through every step of your home buying journey and beyond, keeping everything you need in one place.
Buying a new home “off plan” means that you’ll be able to track its construction as it takes shape from the ground up. Once the structure and “first fix” is complete - that’s your electrical cables, plumbing, structural joinery and plastering work - the building phase moves on to the second fix. This includes all of the internal fixtures and fittings like your kitchen, bathrooms, fireplaces, flooring and much more. Before your home reaches this stage, the control is handed over to you to choose the elements that are to be installed.
Putting you in the designer’s seat
As excitement for your move builds, you’ll be able to personalise your new home with the click of a mouse, all via My Redrow. You can select from a wide range of standard options or pay for optional upgrades – it’s completely your choice – and either way there is an array of personalisation possibilities.
My Redrow will guide you through the process step by step and room by room, and you can do it all in your own time from home, or wherever you are.
In the kitchen, for example, you’ll be able to choose your cabinet style, colour and finish, worktops, floors tiles, appliances and even add a kitchen island in some house types. Will you choose shaker style or contemporary cabinets? How about one of our beautiful standard laminate worktops or an upgrade option in granite or silestone?
Like the kitchens themselves, your appliance options are carefully chosen from ranges by leading brand names so whether you choose a standard item or an upgrade, you can be reassured of the quality. Plus, every appliances comes with a two-year manufacturer’s warranty. As you build your design, you can add optional extras from our handpicked suppliers such as our floor tiles from Johnson, Amtico or Porcelanosa. Other extras include steaming hot water taps, waste disposal units and eco bins. You can also specify additional sockets, USB points and media plates, including where you’d like these positioned, to ensure your home works perfectly, just for you.
In every room there are exciting choices to make – will you purchase fitted wardrobes or lighting for your main bedroom? Or how about free standing furniture like dressing tables and chests of drawers to coordinate with your wardrobes?
In your bathrooms and en-suite you can choose the style of your suite, add vanity units and mirrors and even opt for half height or full height tiling to complement your floor tiles.

Create a bespoke home to meet your needs
Jamie Girvan and Natalie Walls have purchased their first home together at our Regent Quay development, in Kent and tailor-made the interior using My Redrow to suit their own needs.
James said: "With the stamp duty holiday… Natalie and I have been able to invest some of the money saved back into the house by purchasing various extras and upgrades.
“We decided to opt for high quality carpets throughout the house, an integrated dishwasher and thermostats in every room which can be controlled via an app on our phone. More than just interior design
Once you’ve tailor-made the interior of your new home to your own personal specification, you can start on the outside. Options include electric vehicle car charging points, exterior electrical sockets, garden lighting options, security cameras and alarms and CCTV.
You can add to your garden with additional paving or perhaps upgrade your French doors to bi-folding patio doors which really open up the garden access and help to bring the outside in. Finally, to make sure all of your TV and entertainment needs are met, we can pre-install a TV aerial and Sky package, on request.
