A famous face ‘baked an entrance’ at a Nottingham showhome to provide the local community with festive treats.
Celebrity baker, Laura Adlington, created festive treats for local people at our open-house event at Redrow at Nicker Hill in Keyworth.
Visitors had the chance to enjoy a glass of mulled wine, followed by a tour of the festively dressed showhome which included table-scaping by our interior design team. There was also a chance to see Laura in action, baking chocolate and salted cameral Florentines in the kitchen, for those who attended to devour.
Ryan O’Sullivan, Sales Director for East Midlands, said: “We had a fantastic time welcoming Laura Adlington and Nottinghamshire locals to our festive open-house event.
“There really is no place like home, especially at Christmas, which is why we were keen to offer prospective homebuyers a glimpse into what life, and the festive season, could look like at Redrow at Nicker Hill. From mulled wine and mince pies to the shimmering lights of the Christmas tree, it really is the most wonderful time of the year to visit one of our showhomes.
“We’d like to give a huge thank you to Laura for baking up her famous chocolate and salted cameral Florentines – they were a huge hit!”.
