On Saturday 4th September, we launched the latest phase of homes at The Mulberries, a 750-home community being delivered in Witham, Essex.
The entire phase will see the launch of 144 three, four and five-bedroom properties from our award-winning Heritage Collection, with 22 new homes initially available to purchase. Influenced by the 1930s Arts & Crafts era, the homes feature a combination of traditional exteriors and contemporary spacious interiors.
The new homes are available to purchase off plan, and buyers are able to personalise their homes through our digital platform MyRedrow, enabling the selection of various extras and upgrades, including flooring, underfloor heating, and fitted wardrobes.
With increased flexible working following the Covid-19 pandemic, we also offer several home office packages, whereby purchasers can reconfigure one of the bedrooms to incorporate dedicated home office furniture.
