Children will be able to make their own colourful creatures with help from Lancashire-based craft company Magical Story Jars at the event, which is being held from 12-3pm.
Storymakers will guide children through how to transform everyday items into vibrant ‘worry monsters’ who are there to listen to children’s worries and help them melt away.
Sian Pitt, sales director for Lancashire said while the event is for children, parents can take the opportunity to have a look around the brand new show home and customer experience suite at Sycamore Manor.
Sian said: “We love seeing families come to our developments to see if they can imagine themselves living there. And we thought why not give the kids something fun to do while their parents look around and talk to our sales team.”
Sycamore Manor, located off Mottram Close, is the only development in Lancashire where we’re building some of our most luxurious house styles including the four-bedroom Richmond and five-bedroom Blenheim.
The Balmoral show home is now open, alongside the new customer experience suite, which includes interactive screens and site plans.
Sian added: “Our customer experience suite offers a relaxed setting with zoned areas and provides an end-to-end hub for every stage of buying a home, from reservation to post completion. This includes space for existing homeowners to meet customer service teams or for new customers to engage with sales teams.”
Located within easy reach of the M61, Sycamore Manor makes commuting to cities such as Preston, Manchester and Liverpool simple. There are a range of schools on the doorstep plus pubs and golf clubs. Chorley Train Station is less than three miles away taking residents to places such as Blackpool, Preston and Manchester.
