Three show homes The Marlow, The Cambridge and The Canterbury, were unveiled to the public at Redrow’s latest development The Finches at Hilton Grange, located on Lower Road, Halewood.
The mayor of Halewood Cllr Barbara Dunn, Cllr Dale Milburn, Cllr Tony Brennan and Cllr Graham Morgan from Knowsley Council and Everton ambassadors Graham Stuart, Ian Snodin and Darren Griffiths were among guests who attended the ‘show home spectacular’ launch event. Those who attended on the Saturday were treated to free delights including hot chocolate, toffee apples, s’mores and face painting to mark Bonfire night.
“It was wonderful to see so many people attend our show home launch, said Sian Pitt, sales director at Redrow Lancashire.
“I would personally like to thank the mayor of Halewood Cllr Barbara Dunn for taking the time to officially open the show homes for us and speak so warmly about the area and amazing sense of community. It’s a real privilege to be part of this neighbourhood and we can’t wait to welcome our first homeowners in December.
“Our show homes and customer experience suite are now open daily for anyone to view who couldn’t make the launch weekend.”
The development will offer a collection of 196 three and four-bedroom terraced, semi-detached and detached homes.
The Finches - and its neighbouring Grace Fields development - will provide a new community and form part of the significant East Halewood Sustainable Extension, a masterplan to build high-quality new homes for the area.
The Finches is located within a 30-minute drive from Liverpool city centre with its shops, restaurants, bars and cultural attractions, and close to the M62 for road journeys to Manchester, Leeds and beyond, while local railway stations offer services to Liverpool, Manchester, Birmingham and London.
The new show homes are open Monday to Sunday 10am – 5.30pm. To find out more or make an appointment with the sales team call
