Our flagship London development, Colindale Gardens, has been shortlisted for ‘Best New Place to Live’ at the Building London Planning Awards. The awards, which are delivered by London First in partnership with the Mayor of London, celebrate outstanding town planning and creative development across the Capital.
The winners will be announced live at an awards ceremony in June, where London’s best developments will be celebrated. Entries were evaluated by a judging panel from London First and a panel of partner organisations including the Greater London Authority, the RTPI, Planning Officer’s Society, and the BAME Planners Network. The next stage in the process is site visits from the judges.
The fantastic news follows a string of new launches at this new community. Amongst the latest homes to come to market are a range of stylish one-bedroom apartments in Carmelia House, all of which offer outdoor space and easy access to nearby vibrant gardens.
