As part of its Arden Fields development, on Bedworth Road, which will provide 89 new homes, Redrow Midlands’ will invest over £1.5million into the area.
The amount includes contributions to many local services and amenities, with over £350,000 to improve transport links in the area – including enhancing public transport services and putting new cycle paths in place.
As part of the our commitment to creating thriving communities, a contribution of over £445,000 will see improvements to local schools, leisure and sports facilities.
Redrow Midlands is also investing £397,000 in maintaining the biodiversity of the area, through measures including habitat enhancement. A further £30,700 has been donated to support the village hall along with £1,800 to the local libraries.
