We’re contributing more than £4 million to the local community as we launch our brand-new Warwick development.
Part of the larger Myton Green project - a development of 735 homes featuring six play areas, a basketball court and nearly five kilometres of footpaths and cycle paths – our Midlands divisions’ Midsummer Meadow, on Europa Way, will provide 235 much-needed family homes for local people, including 78 affordable homes.
As part of our commitment to creating thriving communities, we’ve confirmed that we will contribute just over £4 million to the region. The investment includes £1.8 million towards local education and £208,000 to community services and leisure, indoor and outdoor sports facilities. We will also be contributing £425,940 to health care in the community, with £181,000 to be invested in local GP surgeries.
Surrounded by open farmland, woodland and waterways, Midsummer Meadow will offer a mix of bespoke one and two-bedroom apartments, as well as two, three and four-bedroom homes from our Heritage collection, designed to suit a wide range of families. Work on site has already begun, so prospective homeowners are invited to register their interest early to make sure they don’t miss out when the first 42 homes are released this summer.
