We are contributing over £7 million to the Nuneaton community.
Our Midlands’ Heritage Fields development, which will provide 200 much-needed family homes and 50 affordable homes for local people, has confirmed that it is contributing over £7 million to the region.
The investment includes £1.17 million towards education and £661,000 to highway improvements in the local area.
As part of our Midlands’ commitment to creating thriving communities, a contribution of £678,000 will support sports, recreation and parkland, and £89,000 will go towards a cycleway to Nuneaton town centre, which will benefit future residents and locals alike.
We will also be contributing over £150,000 towards a sustainable bus service, alongside a £284,000 commitment to health care in the community.

Our Midlands division recently reopened its sales centres, following updated guidance issued by Government to re-start the English housing market. Three show homes are also now open at Heritage Fields and available for viewings.
Heritage Fields has made a number of modifications to allow house hunters to undertake complete visits safely. This includes offering exclusive, unaccompanied appointments for house viewings, screening safety videos ahead of appointments, ensuring sales consultants are always two metres away from the customer, and installing protective screens and hand sanitiser throughout the sales centre. A thorough cleanse is performed after each appointment.
