Taking place on November 2, the Housebuilder Awards recognise excellence from residential developers.
We're a finalist in the categories of best customer satisfaction initiative, best marketing initiative, best staff development and best sustainability initiative.
Tom Roberts, head of communications at Redrow, said: “Over the last year we’ve transformed what it means for our customers to own a Redrow home.
“In January, we announced a nationwide roll out of our new Eco Electric homes, becoming the first major housebuilder to introduce air source heat pumps and underfloor heating on every upcoming development. Our shortlisting in the best sustainability category is recognition of the strides we’ve taken to transition towards all-electric homes and stay on track to meet our carbon reduction targets. Our campaign to promote Eco Electric is also in the running for best marketing initiative, following intense media interest in the launch.
“Following on from our recent triumph at the Customer Satisfaction Awards, our digital home buying experience is once again in contention for a top award as a finalist in the best customer satisfaction initiative category. We’ve brought convenience to every step of our homebuyers’ journey, combining a digital and personal service.
“Finally, the design of our new Southern divisional headquarters, in Crawley, which will provide a blueprint for an agile working environment at other locations, is shortlisted for the best staff development award. We wish all the other finalists good luck and look forward to the ceremony on November 2.”
One of the finalists will also be named large housebuilder of the year at the black-tie ceremony, which takes place at InterContinental London The O2, on the Greenwich Peninsula.
