We’re hoping for success at two national awards ceremonies, after being named a finalist at the Construction News Awards and the RESI Awards.
At the RESI Awards, to be announced on May 11 at Grosvenor House, London, we’ve made the shortlist for the Large Developer category. Organised by Property Week, the ceremony recognises the residential property sector and its successes, bringing together over 1,300 key players in the residential market including developers, house builders, operators, agencies and local authorities.
Taking place on July 14 at the same London venue, the Construction News Awards are hotly contested every year by those across the residential and commercial construction sectors. We’ve been announced as a finalist in the Residential Construction Excellence category.
Matt Grayson, group customer & marketing director, said: “We’re pleased to make the shortlist at both these prestigious awards events. We have continued to innovate with new house designs, enhanced biodiversity on our developments and an improved customer service offering, which has helped us to retain our five-star award for customer satisfaction and achieve a consistent excellent rating on Trustpilot.
“We are also building on our sustainability credentials and have set targets to achieve science-based net-zero emissions before 2050. Coupled with our ‘Nature for People’ biodiversity strategy, we are working hard to become more sustainable.
“Our overriding purpose is to provide our customers with a better way to live, by developing thriving communities, building responsibly and valuing people. Being shortlisted for these awards is great recognition for our colleagues and partners and their commitment to creating high quality homes and places for our customers.”
