We’re hoping for success at a trio of awards ceremonies, after being shortlisted for two Building Awards, two Housebuilder Awards and two RESI Awards.
Taking place on November 2, the Building Awards are among the most revered in the construction sector. We’ve been announced as a finalist in the Housebuilder of the Year and Digital Construction categories, the latter for our innovative Site Manager Inspection app, known as RED SMi. This ensures site teams can harness technology to improve build quality – ultimately delivering the best product for customers.
At the Housebuilder Awards, to be announced on November 24, we’re shortlisted for the Customer Satisfaction Award – for our My Redrow Homeowner Support platform - and the Training or Recruitment Award for a campaign centred around Inspiring the Next Generation to Build.
The RESI Awards will then take place on December 1, where we’ve made the final shortlist for the Large Developer and the Best Covid Response – Residential categories, the latter for our swift and considered reaction to the onset of the global pandemic.
These latest shortlistings mean we’re now in the running for several top titles, the others being:
- The Global Good Awards, in the category of Waste Reduction and Minimalisation
- UK Customer Satisfaction Awards, in the category of Best Customer Satisfaction Strategy
All are due to be decided between now and the end of the year.
Matt Grayson, our group customer & marketing director, said: “We’re proud to be in the running for several major accolades this year, as we emerge from a challenging time for the industry. Never resting on our laurels, we have continued to make strides in all areas of the business; improving our build quality, enhancing our customer service, investing in our people and technology and building on our sustainability credentials.
“Our placemaking principles, including ‘keeping it local’ and providing ‘nature for people’ mean our developments deliver more than just new homes, they very much live up to our brand promise of providing ‘a better way to live’ for our residents and the wider communities.”
