Having previously worked for a local firm of estate agents in South Wales, Ryan joined Redrow in January 2018 as a Sales Consultant. He was named Sales Consultant of the Year in 2020 for his work at Cae St Fagans before being promoted to Senior Sales Consultant last year. He is now Customer Services Manager for our South Wales division.
With a passion for property and cooking, 37 year old Ryan successfully completed our Aspire Leadership and Development Programme in 2022. This prepared him for his latest role, delivering a first class service to our customers including offering guidance and assistance with any issues.
Ryan said: “I love my job. It’s such a privilege to work for a premium five star builder and get to be part of our customer’s journey when they are buying their new home. From the final quality inspection of the property when it is handed over through to liaising with our maintenance teams, no two days are the same and I’m loving every minute.”
