Frenchay Park, on Frenchay Park Road, launched in 2017 and is currently in its sixth phase of building, having already delivered a significant number of new homes to the area.
Since its launch, the development has brought 407 much-needed homes to the area, alongside an initial contribution of £7.35 million to the local community, supporting improvements to transport, education and amenities including local sports facilities and a library.
Over the years, Frenchay Park has continued to support the community to thrive, with donations to Little Stoke Football Club, Frenchay Community News and Begbrook Bowls to name a few.

Construction is due to finish at Frenchay Park in 2024, with 71 homes left to build bringing a grand total of 478 high-quality homes to the region.
