Glynderwen Meadows is situated in the village of Oakdale offering lovely views of the surrounding woodland and countryside. Blackwood town centre is approximately 2 miles away. Cardiff and Bristol are easily accessible and the M4 can be reached within 30 minutes.

An hourly bus service runs to and from Blackwood town centre where the main bus depot can be found. The nearest local train station is located in Newbridge which is approximately 2 miles away - which will take you directly to Cardiff Town Centre.

There is a variety of schools within the area, Oakdale has its own Infants, Junior and Comprenensive school, along with Welsh speaking school.
