Our developments across the country are open to visitors and our experienced teams are on hand to help you discover a better way to live.
In order to guarantee your time with us and avoid having to wait if we’re busy, we always recommend letting us know in advance when you plan to visit. It is really simple to book an appointment and you can do this over the phone or using our quick and easy-to-use online form available on development pages via redrow.co.uk. If you don’t have an appointment you can still drop in and have a look around but depending on visitor numbers you may need to join a short queue.
If you aren't able to make it to a development we also have telephone and video call appointments available that can be booked in the same way.
When visiting one of our sales centres for an appointment, all customers will need to wear a face covering and you will notice our colleagues are also be wearing them. Our QR code for Test and Trace is prominently displayed and our sales consultants will be on hand to offer any help and guidance required.
