Our dedicated customer service teams are here to help, however, it will take time for us to become fully operational as we bring our supply chain partners back into our business in a safe and secure manner. Therefore, we’d kindly ask customers not to call or email to chase up any work during this period.
We will be working through all items as soon as we can but it will take us some time. We will be in touch with customers directly when we have an update relating to their home.
Please rest assured that any issues reported to us during your warranty period will be reviewed and, if covered, will be attended to even if your warranty has since come to an end.

Once again, we’d like to sincerely thank all NHS and key workers. During the pandemic our colleagues across the country have been showing their appreciation by co-ordinating the donation of PPE equipment; volunteering; and arranging for vacant show homes to be made available for NHS staff to rest between shifts.
We would also like to extend our thanks and best wishes to our customers, colleagues and partners for their continued support, patience and understanding during this difficult period.
