Redrow and Covid-19
In line with the latest Government guidance and the three tier system introduced on 21st October, our sales centres in England remain open and our customer service technicians are able to enter customer homes where required, with Covid-secure measures in place.
Our sales centres in England are open to walk-in customers without pre-booked appointments, in line with the latest Government guidance on non-essential retail. However we recommend booking an appointment to ensure your visit is as hassle free as possible.
When visiting our sales centres, all our customers will need to wear a face covering. You will notice our colleagues are also wearing face masks. Our QR code for Test and Trace is prominently displayed and our sales consultants will be on hand to offer any help and guidance required.
In Wales, although our sales centres are currently closed to visitors until the 9th November, our team are still here to help and you can book a video call appointment with them via the development pages on our website.
Our aim has been to create a new Redrow experience for colleagues, customers and partners, which reflects the very best practice in terms of social distancing. We will continue to update this page in light of any updates in Government policy.
