Redrow and Covid-19

Since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, we’ve been hard at work planning for the new normal. Our aim has been to create a new Redrow experience for colleagues, customers and partners, which reflects the very best practice in terms of social distancing.

Our sales centres are open to walk-in customers without pre-booked appointments, in line with the latest Government guidance on non-essential retail. However we recommend booking an appointment to ensure your visit is as hassle free as possible. 

Visiting Us

Our sales centres are open to walk-in customers without pre-booked appointments, in line with the latest Government guidance on non-essential retail.

Although we will do our best to accommodate you as quickly as we can, we're limiting the number of people within our sales centres and show homes at any one time, so we recommend that customers book an appointment  to ensure your visit is as hassle free as possible. 

Booking an appointment is a very simple process and can be done over the phone or using our quick and easy-to-use online form available on development pages via redrow.co.uk. If you aren't able to make it to a development we also have telephone and new video call appointments available.

Building Your New Redrow Home

We have recently been putting together a number of new and enhanced safety measures and procedures to allow our build teams to get back underway in a timely and safe manner.

Please bear with us as it will take a while to re-establish our build programmes and timeframes. As soon as we are able to provide customers with an update, we will be in touch directly. If you have any concerns relating to your mortgage offer or your chain during this period then please contact the local sales team who will be best placed to help. If you or anyone in the wider community spots any Covid-19 breaches on our developments, or has any other concerns, you can text REPORT to 66777 with the development name and any further details. We will then take any appropriate action.

Supporting our Customers

Our dedicated customer service teams are here to help, however, it will take time for us to become fully operational as we bring our supply chain partners back into our business in a safe and secure manner. Therefore, we’d kindly ask customers not to call or email to chase up any work during this period.

We will be working through all items as soon as we can but it will take us some time. We will be in touch with customers directly when we have an update relating to their home.

Please rest assured that any issues reported to us during your warranty period will be reviewed and, if covered, will be attended to even if your warranty has since come to an end.

Once again, we’d like to sincerely thank all NHS and key workers. During the pandemic our colleagues across the country have been showing their appreciation by co-ordinating the donation of PPE equipment; volunteering; and arranging for vacant show homes to be made available for NHS staff to rest between shifts.
