Education

For those interested in cycling, the National Cycling Centre is just over two miles from Abbot Gardens. It is used as a training base for Dave Brailsford's golden generation of Olympians and Tour de France winners, but public sessions also take place here, providing you with the unique opportunity to watch our sporting heroes. Chill Factore, situated at the nearby Trafford Centre, is an indoor skiing and snowboarding centre with a climate-controlled environment that ensures the snow is always on the piste.
