Barnstaple is the local leisure capital, with something for everyone, all year round. Barnstaple lies at the meeting of all of the major North Devon roads, giving you access right across the South West.The A377 will take you to Exeter in around 47 miles, the A361 will take you to the M5 in around 40 miles, The A386 reaches Plymouth in 60 miles and the A39 takes you right along the coast into Cornwall.
Barnstaple is well served by local buses, with connections as far as Exeter, while Barnstaple Station also links direct to Exeter in just over an hour.
Exeter Airport is the closest for flights, with services across the UK and Europe, including many popular holiday destinations.
