Branches of Sainsbury's and Tesco are both around a five- minute drive from your new home, making the weekly shop an easy task. As is common when you relocate, you will need to look at registering with a new doctor and dentist. Your nearest surgery is at the Bollington Medical Centre, which is just over a mile and a half away from the new development. Prestbury Road is the location of the closest dental practice, around four miles from the homes.

Education

If you are relocating with a family, then you will be pleased to hear that Mulberry Park is well situated with a number of great schools local to the new homes. Children of primary age have a school just over a mile from our development. The Marlborough primary school is on Tytherington Road and was rated ‘Good’ when visited by schools' inspectorate Ofsted in 2012.
