Insulation

Your home is fully insulated throughout for maximum efficiency. Insulation should not be disturbed.

If you have concerns that insulation is missing contact us with details of where and how you have noticed this.

Loft hatch

Your loft hatch should only be used to access the services in the loft.

The loft should not be used for storage as this could invalidate your warranty with us and your warranty provider.

The loft hatch is opened and closed by turning the latch. If you have concerns over the fitting or issues with opening and closing it, let us know.

Sky / TV cabling

Your media cables are ready for your preferred provider to visit and make the necessary connections. They are located in your loft space and can be easily accessible from the loft hatch.

Your aerial or satellite engineer will need to access your loft to make the necessary connections and your internet points will need to be activated by your chosen provider. Once the master point has had all the connections completed, all the points will be live within your home. 

Loft vent connections

Your loft is ventilated to assist with the natural drying out process and to allow air to circulate around your home.

If you notice excessive damp and / or mould in the loft then let us know so that we can attend and check the ventilation.
