Render
Damaged
You will have inspected the render as part of your dedicated Home Preview. Any damage should have been raised during your Home Preview or at your Courtesy Check.
Stained
Render does discolour and can stain over time as it weathers.
Send us photographs of any stained areas and we will assess whether this is naturally occurring or something we need to attend to as part of our warranty.
Cracked
Some localised hairline cracking may occur in both traditional render and proprietary render systems.
Such cracking and crazing should not impair the performance of the home and is not classed as a defect.
Colour differences
Your render should be reasonably uniform in texture, finish and colour.
Render does discolour and can stain over time as it weathers. This is a natural cause and is not covered by our warranty. However, if you can see any colour differences when standing 10 metres from your home in natural daylight then let us know. We will assess this based on photographs you provide.
