Your solar panels will have been commissioned prior to you legally completing on your home.
Refer to the manufacturer's guidance in the first instance, but if the trouble shooting suggestions do not resolve the problem then contact us directly.
Damaged
Any damage should have been raised during your Home Preview or at your Courtesy Check.
