Door & entrances

It is important that the entrances to apartment blocks are secure at all times.

Our main entrance doors are fitted with soft closures and should be closed when someone enters and exits the building. If the door is not working effectively please notify us if we have not handed over to the Managing Agent.

Once we have handed over, please contact your Managing Agent for their assistance.

Door entry system

The door entry system allows access into the block.

Should this not be working please notify us and also your Managing Agent. Please note that if there is a power failure you will be able to access your home / the block, however providing access remotely may be temporarily unavailable until the power is resumed.

Insurance

The Buildings Insurance is covered by your Management Company; please contact your Managing Agent should you have any queries.

Loft access

You should not have access to any loft space in your apartment, the loft space allows for ventilation to the whole block and any items being found stored in this area would invalidate the warranty provider's structural warranty.

Lift

From the date of installation the lifts are regularly maintained.

On occasions they do fail and emergency instructions for anyone within the lift are clear. Should you wish to enquire when an out of service lift will be repaired, please contact your Managing Agent.
