We pride ourselves on our landscaping.

Before we hand over to your Managing Agent, we are responsible for the maintenance and general upkeep of communal areas.

Should you see any issues then please report then to us if we have not handed over to the Managing Agent. If handover has taken place, please report any concerns to your Managing Agent as this is something that they will assist with.

Equipment

When building new homes we look to build communities.

Play areas are an integral part of our development and they are open as soon as it is safe to do so.

Our local team will update all residents when the play area(s) can open and they will usually be handed straight to the Managing Agent to look after.

Structures

When building new homes we look to build communities.

Structures such as benches, notice boards and public art are an integral part of our developments; they will be installed as soon as possible along with the rest of our public open space.

Our local team will update all residents when public space(s) are handed over to the Managing Agent for them to maintain as part of their services.
