Automatic opening vents

Automatic opening vents are air ventilation systems which automatically open to vent in the case of a fire.

On occasions, Automatic opening vents are left open on new apartment blocks to assist with the drying out process.

Your Managing Agent will know how to open and close the Automatic opening vents so please approach them with any questions. They will ensure that they are regularly maintained and serviced.

Incomplete

Whilst we aim to complete communal areas prior to you moving into your home, on occasions however, additional works are required.

Our local team will notify you of any works taking place and ensure that disruption is minimised.

Damage

Any damage noted will need to be reported to the Managing Agent.

Your Property Manager should carry out regular visits to the development to check communal areas and they will update you on any works in hand.
