Missing

From time to time, things can get accidently missed.

In the event that fence panels and railings are missing, please let us know so we can check what is required and resolve it.

Damaged

If the area has not been handed over as complete to the Managing Agent, should fencing or railings be noted as damaged as a result poor workmanship, we will deal with this as a defect under our warranty.

If fencing or railings are damaged by bad weather or others for example misuse, this will need to be repaired / replaced by your Managing Agent as our warranty does not cover accidental nor weather damage.

Fitting

The fence and railings have been supplied and fitted by our experienced contractors.

They are in line with the plans that you viewed as part of the reservation of your home. If you have concerns that they have been fitted incorrectly then please contact us with further information.

If fences or railings are damaged by bad weather conditions or misuse they will not be covered by our warranty and fall as part of maintenance that will be required by individual homeowners or the Management Agents.
