Footpaths

Incomplete

Footpaths should be completed around your home prior to your legal completion.

On occasions works may be required to allow us to assist with services to other parts of our developments and this will always be completed to in such a way to minimise disruption.

Damaged

Paths and steps should be secure.

As settlement occurs, they may loosen and footpaths can crack. Please let us know as soon as possible if you encounter this and refrain from using them if or where possible.

Standard of finish

Our footpaths are finished to a high standard but over time cracks may occur due to settlement.

If these have not yet been handed over to the Highways Agency or Managing Agent, please let us know where the problem is and we will complete any required works.

Levels

Paths and steps have been designed with falls to allow for natural drainage.

If water remains on paths and steps for more than 1 hour after rain and is deeper than 5mm or larger than one meter squared, we will attend and inspect. Kindly provide images and details of the area(s) of concern.

Something still not right?
