Incomplete
We don't just build new homes we build communities.
Open spaces are an integral part of our developments and they are open as soon as it is safe to do so.
You will usually be able to see when they are complete and our local team will contact all residents should there be a delay with estimated timescales
Landscaping
We pride ourselves on our landscaping.
Before we hand over the development to your Managing Agent, we are responsible for the maintenance and general upkeep of landscaping areas.
Should you see any issues then please report them to us if we have not handed over to the Managing Agent. If handover has taken place, please report any concerns to your Managing Agent
Abuse of the area
Whilst we do our utmost to prevent it, on occasions there can be anti social behavior in our open spaces.
When it is an active site, we will police this and if required increase security measures on site.
If you are unhappy with how the open spaces are being used please notify us or alternatively contact your Managing Agent if we have handed the area over to them.
