Please note that the requirements for street lighting differ from one development to another.

We carefully design street lighting in line with the local authority requirements. We usually hand over large street lamps / lighting columns to the local Highways Agency and your Managing Agent is responsible for small bollard lighting.

It is likely that the street lights will be handed over towards the end of a development / phase. As such please report any issues to us.ould there any any incomplete areas, you should have been provided with further details at your legal completion and our local team will regularly update you on progress with any outstanding and planned works.

The positioning of street lighting is determined by taking into consideration health and safety and local requirements determined by the Highways Agency.

As part of your reservation process the positioning of street lights and bollards would have been made available to you. We are unable to reposition them.
