When building new homes we look to build communities.

Structures such as benches, notice boards and public art are an integral part of our developments; they will be installed as soon as possible along with the rest of our public open space.

Our local team will update all residents when public space(s) are handed over to the Managing Agent for them to maintain as part of their services.

Damaged

Health and Safety standards are imperative to us at Redrow.

Should any structures such as benches, notice boards and public art become damaged we would ask that you stop using it immediately and report it to your Managing Agent. They will contact us should we need to assist with any repairs.
