External lighting
Not working
Most of our homes are fitted with external lights that are on a light and motion sensor, meaning these will only come on between dusk and dawn and when movement is detected.
If a single light is not working, replace the bulb which may remedy the problem. If more than one light fitting is not working, check the lighting zones are switched to the 'on' position within your consumer unit, which is also known as the fuse box.
If you continue to have issues and you have not carried out any alterations to the lighting within your home, then let us know and we will organise for the electricians to attend.
If you have altered the lights in your home, you should contact your appointed electrician as you will have invalidated the warranty in this area.
