Internal lighting

Not working

If a single light is not working replace the bulb which may remedy the problem.

If multiple bulbs / lights are not working then check the lighting zones are switched to the 'on' position within your consumer unit, which is also known as the fuse box. If you continue to have issues and you have not carried out any alterations to the lighting within your home, then let us know and we will organise for our electricians to attend.

If you have altered the lights in your home, you should contact your appointed electrician/contractor as you will have invalidated the warranty in this area.

Under unit lights not working

Under unit lights, also known as pelmet lighting, are controlled by the same circuit as your main kitchen lighting.

Are the other lights working in the kitchen? If none of the lights turn on, check that the switch labelled 'light' on the consumer unit (fuse box) is in the 'on' position. Also check that it isn't a bulb that needs replacing.

If you continue to have issues then contact us for one of our electricians to attend.
