Damaged

You should have received your meter box key and been shown how to open and close the box on the day of legal completion.

If the meter box is damaged, this should have been raised during your Home Preview or at your Courtesy Check.

If damage is reported outside this time, we will be unable to attend but you can instruct your own qualified contractor to complete these works at your own cost. It is likely that they will need to switch off the relevant supply during these works for your own and their safety.

No Key

You should have received your meter box key along with your house keys and home file and been shown how to open and close the box.

Both the gas and electric meter fitted to your home can be accessed by a universal key.

If you are unable to locate your key, unfortunately we are unable to provide replacements. You can however purchase these from any hardware store.
