We strongly recommend that you read all of the information from the manufacturer to understand the full functionality of your security alarm.

You can activate, adjust and change its settings on the control panel, which can usually be found close to the front door.

To ensure your alarm remains in top condition and working effectively, it is important that you maintain the security system correctly, test it regularly and also have it serviced in line with the manufacturer's guidance which is usually annually.

Sounding intermittently

Alarms are designed to alert you if there is movement when no one is home or there is a fault with one or more devices on your system.

If the alarm is sounding when you are home, the first thing to do is to change the batteries and reset the control panel. To ensure your alarm remains in top condition and working effectively, it is important that you maintain the security system correctly.

We recommended that you test and service it in line with the manufacturer's guidance which is usually annually.
