Thermostat
Not working
Firstly check your thermostat is switched on. We recommend it being programmed between 17 and 20 degrees to assist with the drying out and settlement process.
If the radiators do not warm up, go to the programmer and make sure the central heating is switched to the 'on' position. If the room temperature is equal to or greater than the temperature the thermostat is set to, the heating will not come on. You may need to increase the temperature on the thermostat in order for the boiler to call for heat.
If you continue to have issues then check your boiler is turned on and refer to the boiler section to check any potential faults.
