Damaged

Any damage to your mirrors including chips and scratches should have been raised during your Home Preview or Courtesy Check.

If you later find damage you feel is related to a product defect, check whether the abrasions or scratches are viewable in natural daylight from a distance of 0.5m before reporting your concern.

In rooms or areas where there is no daylight, they should be viewable in artificial light from a fixed wall or ceiling fitment but not from a portable light source. If the damage cannot be seen in these circumstances then it will not be covered by your Redrow warranty.

Fitting

Mirrors should be secured to the wall and aligned.

Any scratches and chips should have been raised during your Home Preview or Courtesy Check.
