Damaged

Any damage to your wardrobes including knocks and scratches should have been raised during your Home Preview or Courtesy Check.

If you later find damage you feel is related to a product defect, check whether the abrasions or scratches are viewable in natural daylight from a distance of 0.5m before reporting your concern.

In rooms or areas where there is no daylight, they should be viewable in artificial light from a fixed wall or ceiling fitment but not from a portable light source. If the damage cannot be seen in these circumstances then it will not be covered by your Redrow warranty.

Not working

If your wardrobe doors will not open, make sure there is nothing stuck that could be preventing them from pulling / sliding open.

For sliding doors, for them to operate effectively, the runners must be clean of dirt and debris; we recommend cleaning them regularly with a damp cloth.

Over time, it is common for things like doors, drawers and cabinets to need adjusting. This is part of normal home owner maintenance and guidance can be found within the manufacturer's manual or on their website.

Missing parts

Any missing parts should have been raised during your Home Preview or Courtesy Check.

If you need to order any replacement parts in the future contact the manufacturer directly.

Sealant

Where fitted furniture meets the wall it may be sealed with mastic for a clean finish.

As your new home naturally dries out and settles, shrinkage to sealant is quite normal. It can easily be replaced as part of your routine home owner maintenance and is not a defect.
