Plinths & panels
Damaged
We check all of your kitchen plinths and panels prior to you moving in.
Should you notice any damage, this should have been raised during your Home Preview or Courtesy Check.
If later you need to replace any plinths or panels due to accidental damage or wear and tear, we can put you in touch with the kitchen supplier to request replacements directly at your own cost.
Fitting
Your kitchen plinths are clipped into place and are easily removable for cleaning purposes.
If the fittings loosen over time, the clips can be adjusted as part of your home owner maintenance.
Plinth light not working
Plinth lighting is usually controlled by the same circuit as your main kitchen lighting.
Are the other lights working in the kitchen? If none of the lights turn on, check that the switch labelled 'light' on the consumer unit (fuse box) is in the 'on' position. Also check that it isn't a bulb that needs replacing.
If you continue to have issues then contact us for one of our electricians to attend.
