We thoroughly check sinks and draining areas prior to you moving in.

Should you notice any damage, this should have been raised during your Home Preview or Courtesy Check. If you later have accidental damage you may wish to consider a specialist surface repair at your own cost.

Please note that some abrasive cleaning products can cause damage to sinks; we recommend using a non-abrasive cleaner or just warm soapy water and a clean cloth.
