Fence
Fitting
Your fences have been supplied and fitted by our experienced fencers. They are in line with the plans that you viewed as part of the reservation of your home.
If you think they have been fitted incorrectly contact us with further information.
Any fences damaged by bad weather conditions will not be covered by our warranty and are considered to be part of your home owner maintenance or you may wish to discuss with your home insurers.
Levels
Fences are not always designed to be level as they are based on the ground levels in and around your home.
We mainly install wooden gravel boards and panels unless the area surrounding the fence needs retaining, in which case we will install concrete gravel boards.
This has been assessed as part of the design of your home and will not be changed post completion unless there are extenuating circumstances.
Post caps missing
If any of your fences are missing post caps, this should have been raised during your Home Preview or Courtesy Check.
Damaged
Any damages to fence, fence posts and gravel boards should have been raised during your Home Preview or Courtesy Check.
As wood is a natural material you may have differences in colours and knots within the gate, this isn't a warranty issue.
Something still not right?
We hope the supporting guidance resolves your concerns. However, if you believe your issue falls outside of the standards described as set by your warranty provider, you can contact us.
