If the gate is not opening / closing properly check the hinges, handle and locks. We recommend regularly maintaining these with a 3 in 1 lubricant.

Damaged

Any damage to your gate should have been raised during your Home Preview or Courtesy Check.

As wood is a natural material you may have differences in colours and knots within the gate, this isn't a warranty issue.
