Moving / rocking

Patios, paths and steps should be secure. As your home settles, they may loosen. If this happens let us know as soon as possible and avoid using them (where possible) until fixed.

Levels

Patios, paths and steps have been designed with falls to allow for natural drainage.

If water remains on patios, paths and steps for more than 1 hour after rain, and is deeper than 5mm or larger than one meter squared, let us know. It will help us if you provide images and details of the area(s) of concern.

Damaged

Any damage to patios, paths and steps should have been raised during your Home Preview or Courtesy Check.

There may be some minor variations such as scuffing and pitting due to settlement, natural ground movement and foot traffic, which are not classed as a defect.

Fitting

Your patio, paths and steps have been constructed in line with the plans that you viewed when reserving your home.

If you think they have been fitted incorrectly then contact us with further information.
