Immersion heater
Not working
Your immersion heater is there just in case your boiler fails, so you’ll still have hot water.
To turn it on, flick the switch in your cylinder cupboard.
Using the Immersion Heater is costly, so we recommend only using it in emergencies.
Remember to have your boiler and water cylinder serviced annually to ensure that your warranty remains valid for two years.
If your immersion heater doesn't turn on or generate hot water within a few hours, please ensure that it is switched to the 'on' position on the consumer unit (fuse box).
