Damaged
All of our homes are built by skilled teams using quality materials, but occasionally damage can happen during the build and installation process, before you move into your new home.
To ensure that you are not liable for any such damages, you should have notified us of any damage during your Home Preview or Courtesy Check.
Damaged items reported after your Courtesy Check are not covered under our two year warranty.
Items not covered by the warranty include, home owner maintenance such as: shrinkage, including resealing of wet areas. This is quite normal and can be minimised by allowing the home to dry out slowly. It can easily be remedied during redecoration.
