Dripping

We recommend you clean your taps and chrome ware with a soft cloth and warm soapy water.

Abrasive cleaners, bleach, cream cleaners, etc, should not be used on taps and other chrome accessories as they can discolour and scratch the surfaces and this will invalidate the warranty.

If a tap is dripping, limescale may need removing, which is a routine home maintenance task. If this does not solve the problem then let us know.

Not working

Firstly check that the sink has not been isolated using the valve underneath the basin.

If this is set to the 'on' position and the issue persists then contact us so that we can organise for a qualified plumber to attend.
